How often do you take the time to work ‘on’ your business, rather than ‘in’ it? A key element of running a successful business is spending quality time away from the business to reflect on what you’ve achieved, what you want to achieve: and crucially what you need to work on to succeed. Using the concept of Future Mapping to support this process.

This workshop, delivered by Helen McCay, HLM Coaching, can help you create a clearer picture of what you want to achieve and how you can engage your team to deliver.
